These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Exutate Systems website, including any interactive demonstrations, forms and content made available on it (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

3. Interactive demonstrations and sample data

The Website includes interactive demonstrations, such as lead dashboards, a dealer locator, integration walkthroughs and event-booking simulations. These are provided for illustration only. Any figures, brands, dealership names, bookings, prices and messages shown in them are sample data and do not represent real transactions, live systems or actual availability. Information you enter into a demonstration is not submitted to any third-party system.

4. Enquiries you submit

Where you submit an enquiry through our contact form, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate. We handle the information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submitting an enquiry does not create any contract or obligation on Exutate to provide services.
